Industrial Automation

The simplest method of using industrial automation is transporting the material / parts  from  one  location to an other location automatically,  without  much use of man power.

This may look a simple Job, but this will reduce   the  handling  time, handling accuracy,   and   which   in turn   will increase the production and will reduce the cost of production.

Second type of automation is carrying out  the  production process by using automation mechanism.

This  will  eliminate the manual errors occurred during manufacturing, due to this the final quality of the product is enhanced, the production quantity will also be increased and the cost of production will be decreased.

Third type of automation is required on quality point of view by using automation, the manual errors are eliminated and hence the quality of the finished product is improved.
